Your customer uploads the logo they already have, straight from the product page. A 200px JPG pulled off a website, a screenshot, or a PNG with a white box still behind it are all accepted. There is no file spec to read and nothing to prepare first.
FastEditor improves resolution through quality upscaling, removes backgrounds and vectorizes raster logos when the selected decoration technique requires vector output. When artwork exceeds the colour limit, the editor suggests colours the user can merge. Line thickness is an indication; it is not automatically corrected. If artwork cannot be processed correctly, the editor explains the issue and how to fix it.
